All services and webinar courses require full advance payment at the time of registration. Taxes will be charged as applicable. Payments are final, except under the conditions stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, security, or privacy practices of those external sites.
Webnique Digital Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if any of these Terms are violated.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
This policy applies to all webinar courses hosted by Webnique Digital Solutions and outlines how we handle cancellations and refund requests.
All webinar course registrations must be completed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and registration is confirmed upon successful payment.
You may cancel your registration within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this time, except where Webnique Digital Solutions initiates the cancellation.
If eligible, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
If a webinar is cancelled by Webnique Digital Solutions due to technical or organizational reasons, a full refund will be issued, or participants will be offered an alternative batch.
Once a participant attends the session or the registration fee is paid and the course is conducted as scheduled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, unless the cancellation is caused by Webnique Digital Solutions.
